Les Chaignots, 2022 stock-70 green fruits and a subtleChanterves Les Chaignots 2022 Cte de Beaune, Burgundy A deeply mineral and structured expression of Burgundys unsung white grape. From a 0. 17 hectare plot of old vine Aligot Dor, farmed biodynamically and ploughed by horse, the wine is aged in neutral oak 227 600L oak barrels, before bottling without fining and only a light filtration.
